Hi Houston, my name is Ashley Deleon, a 35-year-old native of South Houston, Texas. From the age of 4, sports have been an integral part of my life, fostering discipline and teamwork that I carry into my professional endeavors.

With over two years of dedicated service in real estate, I take pride in assisting my community with their real estate needs. My journey in real estate investment spans four years, where I’ve honed my skills and knowledge to provide the best guidance to my clients.

Drawing from an extensive 18-year background in customer service and project management, I seamlessly blend expertise with a passion for helping others. Currently serving as the Event Coordinator at Surge Realty, I channel this passion into event planning, creating memorable experiences for both clients and colleagues. 

Away from the hustle and bustle, I find solace in the gym, sculpting not just dream homes but a healthy lifestyle. A true embodiment of multitasking mastery, I can also be spotted on the softball fields, coaching and mentoring the next generation of athletes in my daughter’s softball team. I am driven by the belief that success is not only measured by personal achievements but also by the positive impact one can have on the lives of others.
